Colombian - Huila - Gran Galope (Washed)
Gran Galope coffees are Excelso grade coffees, slightly smaller in size. They tend to have a balance of sweetness, fruity effervescence, and a foundation of cocoa and/or toffee. This coffee is a blend of coffees from between 10–30 smallholder farmers from the Huila region in Colombia. The regional coffee is Castillo, Caturra and Colombia beans, which are washed and dried as a blended offering.
The Cup: Mild sweetness and fresh coffee cherry flavors with tart acidity.
